1. Definitions

The following capitalized terms shall have the meanings set forth below wherever they appear in these Terms:

Access to and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. We strictly enforce the 21+ age requirement and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. Indonesian users acknowledge personal responsibility for compliance with the Public Gambling Act 1867 and any successor legislation. The Platform operates under international licensing and makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions.
• You must not be a resident of any Restricted Jurisdiction as updated on the Platform from time to time.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, consultant, or immediate family member thereof of uge234 or any affiliated gaming software provider.
• You must have only one (1) active Account. The existence of multiple accounts is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all Funds therein.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on the Platform, you are required to create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number — is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
• You will promptly update your Account information if any details change to ensure accuracy at all times.
• You are the rightful owner of any payment method used to deposit into or withdraw from your Account.
• Your Account is for personal use only and will not be used on behalf of any third party.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. uge234 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. We shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access attributable to your failure to maintain credential security.

Account Closure by User

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding wagering obligations. Accounts with pending active bonuses may have those bonuses cancelled upon closure.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

uge234 is committed to the prevention of money laundering, fraud, and underage gambling. In accordance with internationally recognized responsible gaming standards, all Users must complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal.

Required Documentation

• Identity Document: Government-issued photo identification — KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / National ID Card) or Passport. The document must be valid (not expired), fully legible, and show your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the past three (3) months showing your name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document, confirming that the document matches your physical appearance.
• Payment Method Verification: Where required, evidence that you are the legitimate owner of the payment met hod used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account showing your name, or bank account statement header).

Processing Timeline

KYC documents submitted during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB) are typically reviewed within 1–4 hours. Complex cases or submissions requiring additional documentation may take up to 24 hours. You will receive an email notification confirming approval or requesting supplementary information.

5. Deposits

uge234 accepts deposits denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) via the following supported payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier as displayed in the deposit section of your account dashboard.

Deposit Terms

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance instantly. Bank transfer processing times may vary based on the originating bank's cut-off schedules.
• uge234 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — please verify with your payment provider.
• uge234 reserves the right to reverse and return any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the Account holder's own payment method.
• Deposits made in error (e.g., incorrect reference numbers) should be reported to support immediately with transaction evidence. Resolution typically takes 1–3 business days.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real-money Funds (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds subject to outstanding Wagering Requirements) may be requested at any time following successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible.

Processing Times

• Standard withdrawals (up to Rp 50,000,000): processed within 15–60 minutes during operational hours (WIB).
• Large withdrawals (Rp 50,000,001 and above): subject to enhanced review and processed within 1–4 hours.
• First-time withdrawals: subject to mandatory KYC completion before processing commences.
• VIP Gold tier and above: benefit from priority processing queues with enhanced speed commitments.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Funds credited from any active bonus must satisfy all applicable Wagering Requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• uge234 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly where fraud indicators are present, which may temporarily delay processing.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to verified payment methods registered in the Account holder's name. No third-party withdrawals are permitted under any circumstances.
• uge234 does not charge withdrawal fees. Standard bank processing fees, if applicable, are borne by the User.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

uge234 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP program benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to the general bonus conditions set out herein.

General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer is available once per User, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unfulfilled bonuses expire automatically at the end of their validity period.
• Different game categories contribute differently toward Wagering Requirement completion: slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games 10%–20%; sports betting contributions vary based on odds. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• uge234 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses already credited and partially wagered will not be revoked without cause.
• Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements, or collusion between accounts — will result in immediate bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• Cashback bonuses credited to your Account are real-money Funds with no Wagering Requirement unless explicitly stated in the specific promotion terms.

8. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the uge234 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. The following general rules apply to all gaming activity on the Platform:

• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds. Individual session outcomes may vary significantly from published RTP values.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including server disconnection, software error, or power failure — uge234's system logs constitute the definitive record of the game state at the time of the malfunction. Bets on interrupted rounds will be settled based on system records at the time of interruption or voided and refunded at uge234's discretion.
• Sports betting odds are published in real time and are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of acceptance apply regardless of subsequent market movement.
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) betting, draw results from officially recognized source pools are final and binding.
• For bandar bola (football bookmaking) markets, including mix parlay (accumulator) bets, settlement rules including handling of postponed, abandoned, or rescheduled events are published in the sports betting rules section of the Platform.
• uge234 reserves the right to void bets where it has reasonable grounds to believe that odds were published in error or that match integrity has been compromised.

9. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts and automatic session termination after a defined period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account if you feel gambling has become harmful. Self-exclusion requests are processed without attempt to dissuade you.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating or attempting to operate more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any gains resulting from known errors must be reported and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in money laundering, or using the Platform for any purpose connected to criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players in any poker, live casino, or sports betting context to defraud the Platform or other users.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy services, or other circumvention technologies.
• Engaging in any form of systematic bonus abuse including multi-accounting for bonus claiming, low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear bonus funds, or coordinated bonus exploitation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uge234, its officers, directors, employees, partners, and software providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any losses arising from technical malfunctions, internet outages, Force Majeure events, or third-party payment processing failures.
• Any financial losses resulting from your gaming activity on the Platform, including losses arising from your own errors, misjudgments, or reliance on third-party gaming advice.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any odds, statistics, or information published on the Platform for informational purposes.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for fraud, personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the uge234 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of uge234 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from uge234. Unauthorized use of Platform content may constitute copyright or trademark infringement and may be subject to civil and criminal penalties.

Third-party game content remains the intellectual property of its respective developers and studios. uge234 licenses such content under agreements with the respective rights holders and makes no claim of ownership over third-party materials.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by uge234 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.

In summary, uge234 collects personal data that is necessary to provide gaming services, verify your identity, prevent fraud, comply with applicable regulations, and improve user experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is stored on secure, encrypted servers and handled in accordance with internationally recognized data protection standards.

14. Amendments to These Terms

uge234 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will:

• Send a notification to the email address registered to your Account at least 7 days before material changes take effect, where practicable.
• Display a prominent notice within the Platform interface for a period following the update.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and return of available Funds by contacting our support team.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which uge234 holds its international gaming license. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

Dispute Resolution Process
